Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Ahnaf Personal Automation (the Application), a private, single-user software tool operated by Muhammad Qatrunnada Ahnaf (I, me, my), accesses, uses, stores, and shares information obtained from Google APIs.
About the Application
The Application is a set of personal automation scripts that I run on my own computer to manage my own Google account. It is not offered to the public, has no users other than myself, and is not distributed to anyone. It connects to Google services only with my explicit authorization, and only to operate on my own Google data.

Google user data accessed
When I authorize the Application, Google grants it access to the following scopes. Each is used only for the purpose stated:
- Gmail: to read, search, label, and organise my Gmail messages, and to send email from my own account on my behalf.
- Google Calendar: to read and manage my calendar events.
- Google Contacts (read-only): to read my contacts.
- Google Drive: to read, create, and manage files in my own Drive.
- Google Docs: to read and edit my own documents.
- Google Sheets: to read and edit my own spreadsheets.
How Google user data is used
Google user data is used solely to perform the automation tasks I instruct, for example triaging email, updating my calendar, or synchronising documents. It is never used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond my direct instructions.
How data is stored and protected
- OAuth credentials and access and refresh tokens are stored locally on my own device, in a file readable only by my user account.
- The Application runs locally. It does not operate a server and does not transmit Google user data to any third party.
- No Google user data is sold, rented, or shared.
- Access tokens are short-lived; the refresh token is stored only to maintain access until I revoke it.
Limited Use disclosure
The Application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
- Google user data is processed transiently and only as needed to perform the requested task.
- Stored credentials are retained until access is revoked.
- Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately removes the Application’s ability to access Google data.
Third parties
None. The Application does not share Google user data with third parties, except where required to provide the functionality described above (the Google APIs themselves) or where required by law.
Children’s privacy
The Application is not directed to children and has no users other than its operator.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Any change will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
